Do you offer fabric samples?
Customers are welcome to borrow books and hangers from our showrooms, or we can arrange for free samples to be sent directly from the suppliers.
Do I need an appointment to visit the store?
No appointment is necessary; you can visit our showrooms at any time during our opening hours. However, if you’d dedicated time to place an order or receive more detailed help, we’re happy to book a showroom appointment for you.
Can I buy fabric on its own?
While we don’t keep fabric in stock at the showroom, all our fabrics can be ordered by the metre and collected in store.
How does the measure-to-installation process work?
We keep things simple and stress free. Typically, customers start by choosing samples in store. We then arrange a free home measurement and provide a quote. Once the order is confirmed, we’ll be in touch within the lead time to schedule installation.
What’s the best way to get a quote?
You can bring your measurements to our showrooms for an on-the-spot quote or send them to us by email. We also offer a free measuring service if you’d prefer us to take care of it.
